At Alara Jewelry, we want you to be completely captivated by your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original designer box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
