We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless defective.

Yes, every Alara Jewelry purchase includes a 12-month warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or natural wear and tear.
